01Full Training

Training Program

A structured daily program designed for each horse.

  • Daily flatwork with professional rider or trainer
  • Progressive gymnastics and grid work
  • Conditioning program tailored to show schedule
  • Course walking and show strategy with Karl’s team

  • Monthly progress assessment
02Boarding

Full-Service Boarding

Year-round care by an experienced team in a 66,000 sq ft complex.

  • Individual box stalls with rubber matting
  • Daily turnout in individual or paired paddocks
  • Full blanketing service, seasonal and daily
  • Farrier coordination — farrier on regular schedule
  • Veterinary coordination and health monitoring
  • Quality first-cut hay and premium shavings
03Lessons

Riding Lessons

Private and small-group instruction for all levels.

  • Short Stirrup through Grand Prix
  • Private 45-minute or 60-minute sessions
  • Small group instruction (maximum 4 riders)
  • Beginner-safe lesson horses available
  • Medal and equitation medal preparation
  • Adult amateur programs with flexible scheduling

Horse Leases & Sales

We match riders to horses, not the other way around.

  • Short-term and full-season lease opportunities
